This one goes out to our friends in the US ahead of Thanksgiving. Pumpkin pie can be made all year round, especially as the ingredients tend to come from a tin. I’d love to see a version with the pumpkin being prepared. This needs some blind baking to make the pastry case, otherwise it’s pretty simple. Watch the video and enjoy!
