This gooey caramel filled chocolate lava cake (“moelleux au chocolat”) delight was first seen on episode two of Rachel Khoo’s Little Paris Kitchen back in 2012. It’s chocolate sponge with a salted caramel filling. The Little Paris Kitchen series ran for 6 episodes in 2012 with Rachel Khoo introducing the audience to “French food cooked simply, like Parisians do at home”.
Since 2012 Rachel Khoo has presented series on Malaysian and Australian cooking and most recently presented My Swedish Kitchen tying in with her book, The Little Swedish Kitchen.
